Sizing Guide

Best way to choose size:

Measure your waist and hips with a soft measuring tape.

  • Waist: narrowest part of your waist
  • Hips: widest part around hips/glutes

If you’re between sizes:

  • Want snatched/compression → choose smaller size (only if measurements allow)
  • Want comfort + daily wear → choose bigger size

Care Instructions (Important)

To keep your shapewear looking new:

✅ Best: Hand wash in cold water
✅ If machine wash: use gentle cycle + laundry bag
✅ Use mild detergent
❌ Do not bleach
❌ Do not iron
❌ Do not tumble dry
✅ Air dry flat / hang dry (shade)

Tip: Avoid heavy lotions/oils before wearing to reduce fabric wear.
