Tracking:
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer, we may not be able to replace it.
Returns & Exchanges
Because shapewear is an intimate item, returns/exchanges are handled carefully for hygiene and safety.
Return/Exchange Request Window:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at zenviiq@gmail.com.
Eligible items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed
- In original packaging (if applicable)
- With tags/liners intact (if applicable)
- No stains, deodorant marks, perfume, or damage
Non-returnable items (common examples):
- Worn/washed items
- Final sale items (if marked)
- Items without original condition/packaging
Damaged/Incorrect Item?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video and your order number. We’ll make it right.
Refunds:
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method after inspection.
