Our pieces are made to stay in place when you choose the correct size. If it rolls, it usually means sizing needs adjustment.

Q4: How long does shipping take?
Processing is usually 1–3 business days. Shipping time depends on location (details on Shipping & Returns page).

Q5: Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at zenviiq@gmail.com. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

Q6: What is your return/exchange policy?
